About Us
Happy feet is an exciting activity based learning day care centre. It has been created to build confidence, knowledge in a fun filled environment to stimulate child development in areas including language, physical, cognitive, social, emotional and creativity skills.Our classes are designed specifically to be developmentally appropriate and to function on a multi-sensory level, visual, auditory and kinesthetic (touch based) activities.

Happy Feet works on Areas of Child Development
Physical development: Includes muscle coordination and control, growth in size and in proportion. Example: A child rolling over, lifting his/her head or sitting up.
Cognitive development: The ability of the brain or mind to take in and process information. Example: A child recognising their name or recognising a parent, recognising that when they shake a rattle it will make noise.
Social development: A child learning and discovering the expectations and rules for interacting with others. Example: A child smiling at mother, sharing a toy with a friend.
Emotional development: The ability to recognise and understand feelings and how to respond to them appropriately.example:a child feeling love for another person.
Language development: Increasing ability to comprehend and express using verbal and non verbal means.
Moral development: Increasing ability to know right from wrong.
